What areas do you service?
We proudly serve the Morongo Basin area of Southern California including Twentynine Palms, Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley as well as the Western Arizona towns of Parker and the surrounding areas seasonally in the summer.
What types of RVs do you work on?
We are knowledgeable in the service of all types of RVs including Class A, B and C, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, Toy Haulers, Pop-ups, Truck Campers, Vans and Skoolies.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes. Owner/operator Mike Hill is an RVTAA certified technician and has over 30 years of RV’ing experience and a wealth of knowledge to provide you with quality services for all types of RVs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payments thru squarespace. A deposit may be required for some services depending on the cost and scope of the project, but this will be discussed when you are given an estimate.
Do you provide written estimates before starting work?
Yes, we provide detailed, written estimates before beginning any repair work. This ensures you understand the scope of the work and associated costs upfront, with no surprises. Any changes or issues will be discussed and approved, by you, prior to commencing.
What is your hourly rate or service fee?
Our Service call fee is $100.00 (within a 50 mile radius) plus one hour labor ($155.00). Contact us with details about your specific needs so we can provide you with an accurate estimate.
Do you offer emergency services?
We offer emergency services on a case-by-case basis, depending on technician availability and the nature of the emergency. Please contact us so we can assess your situation and schedule you as soon as possible.
